All senior members are encouraged to consider nominating for a Management Committee position. Nomination forms are available across the bar or by emailing . Nominations close 11am Thursday 13 October 2022.

1. Ratify minutes:
   • AGM (2021) dated 17 October 2021
   • SGM dated 17 January 2022

2. Committee and audit reports:
   • Commodore
   • Vice Commodore
   • Treasurer

3. Special business:
   • Asset Management Update.
     Refer Attachment A – DBCYA Site Inspection Report July 2022
   • 2023-24 Membership rates:
     • Senior membership increase from $100 to $120
     • Social membership increase from $25 to $30

Note there has been no membership fee increase for two years.

4. Appoint the Auditor for 2022-2023 and determine their remuneration.
   Management Committee recommendation:

Absolute Accounting and Audit, Darwin (DBCYA’s 2020 – 2022 Auditor)
Remuneration: $8,250 GST Incl.

5. Appoint our patron/s for 2022-2023:
   • Jack and Ilse Schreurs
   • The Hon. Mark Monahan MLA
6. Life Member nomination:
   Management Committee representatives to present case for one nomination
   Vote of approval by show of hands
7. Elect the Officers of the Association and the Ordinary Committee Persons
   Vote by secret ballot

Independent non-member Brad Irvine to officiate and count votes.

There being no further business to conduct, the AGM will close after voting declaration.
