We are looking for an enthusiastic caterer to take over the catering contract here in the DBCYA Kitchen, affectionately know as ‘The Galley’.
The Galley is undergoing a refurbishment commencing 12 October (including new appliances, flooring, paint lighting etc) for approx 4 weeks, so looking for a commencement date of around late November.
The preferred contractor will:
- have a good understanding of modern cuisine dining preferences suitable to a Club environment, reflected through the menu choices and prices, marketing and display methods and professional delivery of service
- work in collaboration with DBCYA to develop and promote the kitchen’s image and products to existing members and new customers with aim to be a preferential choice for diners
DBCYA offers the opportunity to utilise the premises for a base for food preparation for other commercial operations including food vans and market stalls.
DBCYA is willing to negotiate terms and discuss new initiatives with prospective applicants and the premises can be inspected from 10 October.
