CONSULTATION SESSIONS – 25 AND 28 FEB
DBCYA has engaged the services of an experienced external consultant, Peter Shepherd, to prepare the Club’s first formal strategic plan. Again, consultation with members is an integral part of this process and will happen in two ways – 2 x face-to-face consultation sessions and a members’ survey.
TWO CONSULTATION SESSIONS – Mon 25 February and Thurs 28 February 5:30pm – 7pm.
Peter Shepherd will present at the Club and all interested senior members are invited to share with him their views on the best strategic direction for the Club.
MEMBERS’ SURVEY – open until 08 March 2019
All members are encouraged to complete a short 9 question survey about current facilities and future strategic focus for the club. The survey is open to senior and social members and is available either online (anonymous) or in print (identified) – copies available behind the bar. One survey per person only thanks.
A Strategic Plan will then be compiled at the close of the consultation process and presented to the members.
