Pontoon temporarily out of action in early Jan 2018

RIP Captain Seaweed 16/09/1936 – 09/01/2017

Club members farewelled Lars Ekener, or as more fondly known, Captain Seaweed on 04 February at a special memorial service at Thorak Funeral Parlour and wake at Dinah Beach Cruising Yacht Association.  Lars was a life member of DBCYA, with the member number #64.  Farewell and fond memories of a true salt loving sea farer.


DBCYA is pleased to announce the opening of its new 60 bay car park, to provide much needed additional parking for members and guests. Built on previously underutilised club land, the car park provides an extra asset for the club and the means to provide more amenities for current and future members.

2015 Darwin to Ambon Race Results
